1. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

Mack Travel Agency, LLC charges professional service fees for travel planning, research, booking, and concierge management. These fees cover time, expertise, and administrative support and are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if a trip is canceled or modified.

Examples of service fees may include:
• Trip Planning/Consultation Fees
• Airline Booking Fees
• Group Management Fees
• Change/Revision Fees

All service fees must be paid before work begins.

2. Curated Tours – Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All Mack Travel Agency curated tours, group trips, signature experiences, and specialty events are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Once a payment is made toward a curated or group experience, the funds cannot be:
• Refunded
• Transferred to another person
• Applied to another trip
• Applied as future credit

3. Supplier Policies Apply

Each airline, hotel, cruise line, destination management company or tour provider has its own cancellation and change policies.
Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier terms before booking.

Mack Travel Agency, LLC is not responsible for supplier cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or denial of claims.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Because curated tours, custom designed tours and service fees are non-refundable, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Clients may purchase insurance through our trusted partner, Allianz Global Assistance.

Mack Travel Agency, LLC is not responsible for the denial of claims.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback does NOT release you from the terms agreed to at booking.

A chargeback may result in:
• Immediate cancellation of all active bookings
• Removal from future curated tours
• Agency fees invoiced to recover supplier penalties

6. Acknowledgment

By paying any invoice, booking a trip, or submitting a travel request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Service Fee Policy.
